As a foreigner, the hotel gave me a homely feeling and sense of belonging .I loved the inclusivity, the ambience, and the modern architectute.The staff had good customer service skills especially Mega at the front office.Their restaurant serves a wide variety of delicious food and is open overnight. Would totally recommend for anyone visiting Hyderabad

Pethatic hotel, not worthwhile service. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor service and respect towards in-house guests. Basic hospitality manners are missing. Food is served cold. Please do not visit this property to anyone in my circle.

The worst hotel with the High rates, come across with the services which was poor, Hospitality was really not upto to the mark. Recommending not to have a plan for Any working or non working traveller. Personally felt so much of follow up for just simple things to deliver, staff is also not good.
